Zarrin Darnell-Martin

Zarrin Darnell-Martin is a Canadian actor born in Montreal, Quebec. She spent part of her early childhood in the United States before returning to Montreal at the age of seven, where she became fluent in French. Her father was African American, and her mother is English.
From a young age, Zarrin showed a passion for performance, staging plays for family and friends. She later attended F.A.C.E. School, Montreal’s fine arts high school, where she began performing in French-language productions. She went on to graduate from the English Acting program at the National Theatre School of Canada.
Following graduation, Zarrin relocated to Toronto to pursue a professional career in theatre, film, and television where she has built an extensive body of work. She is best known for her role as Dr. Lily in the Netflix hit series Ginny & Georgia. Zarrin is based in Toronto.
