- Paul Carali was born on December 30, 1945 in Cairo, Egypt. He is an actor, known for Le FN n'est pas d'extrême droite (2013), Siné Mensuel fait son ciné! (2015) and Droit de réponse: l'esprit de contradiction (1981).
- Cartoonist, he worked in Lebanon but mainly in France at 'Charlie mensuel' and other satirical magazines. He founded 'Psikopat' a Crumb style fanzine in 1982. He is still its director.
- With novelist Gudule, he had 3 children,Frédéric Karali and two who are also in comic strips Olivier Ka and Mélaka.
