Mari Stracke is a London-based writer-director from Germany whose work explores mental health, trauma and the grey areas of intimacy. Trained in directing and screenwriting in the UK, she works across independent film and development. Her latest short film OFF (2026) examines the unspoken hierarchies of grief and the fragile dynamics that surface after loss.
