Biography

Born on July 7 in Brooklyn, NY, Debbie is the only child of her parents Frank Rallo a singer/entertainer and Dorothy Rallo a former buyer at A&S. Her greatest treasure in life is and has always been her family, always expressing how they gave her all the qualities that have helped her become the person she is today.

There have always been two primary passions in Debbie's life, one is acting and the other is her animals. In both cases, she believes that continued education is key. As to her acting, she has studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute in NYC and the Performers Studio Workshop with Kathy Laughlin to name a couple. Her method of acting is taken from Eric Morris. "Be it". She has also traveled the US & abroad including Cannes, France for the introduction of an upcoming TV series in which she is a series lead.

She was also a Professional Quarter Horse Trainer for years, specializing in longe line and western pleasure futurity horses. Having accomplished her goals in that industry, she now maintains a handful of her own horses, along with her 9 dogs, and 1 cat which she refers to as her kids. One absolute is that with her love for animals, they will always be in her life.

Debbie has overcome an incredible number of serious trials in her life and has always superseded through family, faith, and hard work. One of her primary wishes in life is to be able to pass along the message that no matter how impossible it may seem at the moment, to never give up. Dream, because that's where everything starts, but the only way anything actually does happen is from faith, hard work, and true dedication.
