From an early age, he was fascinated by the unknown, driven by a relentless curiosity to question everything and think independently in his search for truth. Growing up between Portugal and Spain, he developed a profound appreciation for different cultures and languages, becoming fluent in five languages. His educational journey began in Lisbon, where he studied at both Universidade Moderna and Universidade Autónoma, but soon led him to Denmark, where he completed his studies at the European Film College.

After graduation, Nuno's creative voyage took him to California, where he worked as both a cinematographer and editor for filmmakers such as Gwyneth Horder-Payton, one of Hollywood's most esteemed directors, known for her work on acclaimed TV series such as The Walking Dead, American Horror Story, and Sons of Anarchy. During this period, Nuno also directed a film that garnered several awards, with Patrick Carlin, the brother of legendary comedian George Carlin, serving as the narrator. Additionally, he directed and edited music videos for notable artists like Lila Angelique and Thoth, the latter being the subject of an Academy Award-winning documentary.

Nuno also wrote and directed the sci-fi film Terra 2084, a chilling portrayal of a dystopian future that resonated deeply with audiences for its prescient themes and powerful performances. The film starred Fernando Luís, one of Portugal's most recognized actors, and its success further solidified Nuno's reputation.

At the remarkable age of 25, Nuno was invited to become a university teacher in Brazil, a testament to his premature knowledge, unique approach, and engaging communication skills. Despite being flattered by the invitation, a teaching position did not align with his life goals. Prior to this, he had already been invited to lecture at Monterrey University in California, further showcasing his expertise and innovative approach to the art world.

Perhaps the most widely screened Portuguese filmmaker globally, with over 200 screenings across the world, Nuno's life has been shaped by impactful sojourns in Switzerland, Italy, and Brazil, as well as collaborations with clients and partners from over 30 nations. In addition to his artistic success, Nuno has served as a jury member at various film festivals and as a keynote speaker at international events in the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Brazil, Switzerland, Portugal, Denmark, the United States, and the Czech Republic.

However, as Nuno's career progressed, he became increasingly disillusioned with the direction the art world was taking. He observed a growing trend of what he saw as an inversion of the values of equality and merit under the guise of so-called positive discrimination. Having always been blind to race, sex, or sexual orientation, and having worked with a diverse array of individuals irrespective of these factors, Nuno was troubled by the mandatory quotas being imposed by major institutions such as the Academy Awards. These quotas, intended to combat discrimination, seemed to Nuno to be doing the exact opposite-promoting it under the pretense of inclusivity.

His frustrations came to a head during his tenure as a jury member at a film festival, where he witnessed fellow jurors prioritizing the race of a director over the quality of their film. For Nuno, this was blatant hypocrisy and a betrayal of what true art should represent.

Disheartened by these and other experiences, Nuno decided to pivot his career away from the increasingly stifling environment of the film industry. He became an entrepreneur, achieving extraordinary success in his new ventures. Today, Nuno enjoys the freedom of being location-independent, able to choose his present and future without the constraints of what he views as the virtue-signaling, hypocritical nonsense that has come to dominate the art world. In a move to empower other artists, he has also made all of his film scripts freely available for download and use, encouraging creative expression without the barriers many artists face.

Nuno is driven by a vision of a world where art and people are appreciated for their true essence, not for superficial labels like race, gender, sexual orientation, right-wing, or left-wing. He believes these labels are deliberately used to divide people and keep them fighting among themselves, while the people who are really in charge continue to steer humanity toward a technocratic global regime. This conviction continues to guide his work and life, as he strives to promote true unity and understanding in an increasingly fragmented world.
