- Rachel M. Carothers is a Denver-based, multi-hyphenate theatre and film artist, actor, movement professional, and educator. An NYU Tisch acting alumn with two decades of directing experience, she specializes in creating physical storytelling; safe, simulated violence; and boundary-respecting choreography across stage and screen. She is a certified Intimacy Professional through Intimacy Directors and Coordinators and works as a Mental Health Coordinator under the mentorship of AMHC President and Founder, Amanda Edwards. Rachel is passionate about the intersection of inclusivity and risk-taking in performance. She also holds a Masters of Education and helps organize the Waco Independent Film Festival, celebrated as one of the coolest film festivals in the world by Movie Maker Magazine.
