Biography

Hope Muehlbauer is an independent filmmaker from Niagara Falls, NY. She is a director and writer who made her first feature film at the age of 16. She has grown up watching horror films and is very passionate about the genre. At the age of 12, Hope wrote, acted in and directed her first short film called "Zombie Kids" (2013), which played multiple festivals and received high praise for being so ambitious and passionate at such a young age.

Since then, she has been very active in the Western New York film community. Hope has directed a handful of shorts and does most of her work in the Assistant Directing department.
