Frank Shek
Frank Shek is a highly regarded Australian chef primarily known for his long tenure as Head Chef at China Doll in Sydney, and his innovative approach to modern Asian cuisine. Frank was born in Scotland to parents who migrated from Hong Kong in the 1970s. He grew up helping in his family's Cantonese takeaway shop in suburban Scotland from a very young age, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and early exposure to the kitchen.
