Simo Manfredi graduated from Bologna University, Italy in 2003 with a
BA in Cinema Criticism and Analysis. That same year, she was accepted
as a directing fellow at Milan Film and Television School, from which
she graduated in 2006. Manfredi has traveled around Europe and North
America working as assistant director until she was accepted as a
directing fellow at The American Film Institute and she graduated in
2012.
