Sharon Lewis is an Australian film director and producer with over two decades of experience in the screen and media industry. As founder of Eye Candy Film Productions, she is known for creating visually rich, emotionally grounded stories that explore social themes through a deeply human lens.
Her recent awarding winning film 'Frances' and in post-production 'Linda' both examine the housing crisis and its impact on women's lives, portraying resilience and connection amid instability. Sharon also recently directed Diamonds and Rust, a 1970s love story about memory and longing, and produced Echo, an award-nominated 360° VR animated short exploring consciousness and identity. Her upcoming film Spirals continues her exploration of loss, family, and the fragile threads that hold people together.
In addition to her creative work, Sharon has produced numerous short films, music videos, and branded projects, and serves as Vice Chair of Screen Illawarra, supporting emerging filmmakers across the region. With a background spanning the full spectrum of production, she brings empathy, collaboration, and cinematic craft to every story she tells.
