Ricardo Martinez is the Chief Executive Officer of Funny Or Die, where he leads the company's next phase of innovation and growth. Under his leadership, Funny Or Die is expanding its digital and social presence, increasing original and branded content initiatives, and developing premium comedy across film, television, and emerging platforms.

Martinez brings over 20 years of experience in media and entertainment, with a deep background in both traditional and digital content. Prior to joining Funny Or Die, he spent nearly two decades at Disney and ABC, most recently serving as Executive Director of Current Programming. In this role, he oversaw a diverse slate of acclaimed scripted comedy series, including Black-ish, Mixed-ish, Modern Family, The Wonder Years, Not Dead Yet, Speechless, The Middle, and Last Man Standing.

Before his tenure in Current Programming, Martinez managed the Disney ABC Digital Media Studio, where he played a key role in developing and producing scripted content, branded entertainment, documentary series, and live-streaming events. His expertise in creative storytelling, production, and audience engagement has positioned him as a leader in the evolving entertainment landscape.
