Prior to joining Funny Or Die, he spent nearly two decades at Disney and ABC, most recently serving as Executive Director of Current Programming. In this role, he oversaw a diverse slate of acclaimed scripted comedy series, including Black-ish, Mixed-ish, Modern Family, The Wonder Years, Not Dead Yet, Speechless, The Middle, and Last Man Standing.
Before his tenure in Current Programming, Martinez managed the Disney ABC Digital Media Studio, where he played a key role in developing and producing scripted content, branded entertainment, documentary series, and live-streaming events. His expertise in creative storytelling, production, and audience engagement has positioned him as a leader in the evolving entertainment landscape.
