Biography

Born in New York and now living in Los Angeles, Katie Balen has been acting since childhood, starting with the Broadway national tour of Mary Poppins as Jane Banks. She starred in Mike Newell's "The Interestings" on Amazon Prime and has appeared in television and radio commercials for Nickelodeon, JCPenney, Walmart, NBC, and Citibank. After completing the improv training at the Upright Citizen's Brigade, she writes and performs sketch comedy at the Pack Theatre, produces original work on her YouTube, and performs stand up comedy in the Los Angeles area.
