Tousled Elegance
Anastacia (aka Tousled Elegance or TE for short) began where many in the industry do- Theatre and Speech/Debate team. She fully immersed herself in both throughout high school and college, eventually dabbling in Improv as well. Along the way, she discovered her true love- Radio Broadcasting and spent 7 years devoting herself to honing her On-Air and Production skills at Urban, Oldies, Classic rock and Alternative Rock stations and learning the business side by also serving as Music Director at the latter.
In her 20's she began performing Burlesque and broadcasting her routines online. She also starred in and created amateur adult content and wired her apartment with voyeur cameras in the early days in the internet before streaming video was prevalent. She enjoys being on both sides of the lens and screen and "getting weird" for the sake of weird, taking on the strange and unusual with curiosity and enthusiasm.
She's known for her adaptability and thinking outside of the box, as well as a naturally emotive face and unique modern Pin-Up look. In her free time, she can often be found with her journaling pen in hand, nose in a book, seeking zen near water whilst shuffling her tarot cards, making a mess of her makeup vanity or putting that one rock song on repeat and screaming, er, singing along at top volume.
