Biography

Spencer Thielmann spent his childhood riding bikes and bothering his neighbors in the suburbs of New Jersey. A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Spencer came up as a filmmaker through camera department and has gathered a deep understanding of the technical aspects of film. His work with his partner Emily Berge has been screened at the British Film Institute, featured on Vimeo's Short of the Week, and appeared at New York City Comic Con. Spencer has worked as a commercial producer and director for Spotify, Yves Saint Laurent, Pop-Tarts, and won a New York Emmy for his work with NBC.
