Following a successful career in casting, including Oscar-nominated projects and award wins at BAFTA, BIFA, Crystal Bear, EFA and CDA, Jen switched lanes in 2017 to co-found Mostyn & Cross Talent Management, together with theatre director and long-time friend, Phil Cross. Their roster of acting talent work internationally across all areas of the entertainment industry.
Originally from The Wirral, Jen studied a BA in Film, worked in Talent Agencies and Casting offices in London for 10 years before basing herself in Manchester.
