An anarcho-syndicalist exiled in France, moved from Perpiñán to San Sebastián in the summer of 1962 with the aim of assassinating Franco, who lived in the palace of Ayete, but failed due to some technical problems with the explosive and because the general dictator and head of state arrived later than planned at the place where he had planned to commit the assassination .

He studied civil engineering and theoretical physics at the National University of Mexico, where he came into contact with the Libertarian Youth and the CNT in exile.
