Kelsy Karter was born on August 1, 1993 in Auckland, New Zealand. She is an actress, known for 12 Monkeys (2015), Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin (2022) and Kelsy Karter: Too Many Hearts to Break (2018).

Kelsy is the youngest of three children in her family.

Kelsy was an acrobat as a child and wanted to join the circus.
