Klara von Veegh

Klara von Veegh is an Austrian screenwriter, director and producer. She holds a degree in English Literature from University of Regensburg. She produced and artistically collaborated with the director on feature films My Blind Heart (2014), Those Who Fall Have Wings (2015), To the Night (2018, starring Caleb Landry Jones, Eléonore Hendricks, Abbey Lee) and Luzifer (2022, starring Franz Rogowski), and wrote and directed internationally awarded short films Wishaway (2021) and Nomena (2024). She is the recipient of the If She Can See It Screenplay Award (2022) and the Literar Mechana Screenplay Scholarship. Her screenplay Ballast was invited to and developed at The Writer’s Lab UK & Europe in 2025.
