Daniel Villanueva is a screenwriter, director and producer. He is known for the short films Timecode (Oscar nominee in 2017, EFA Award, Goya Award), El Barco Pirata (Goya Award 2012), or El Crédito. Daniel combines his work in his production company Ecir Films with the training of new filmmakers at the Ecir (Reus Film School), which he founded in 2013.
