Biography

Reid Goobie is a Canadian production sound mixer, post-production sound mixer, and sound editor from Goderich, Ontario, Canada. He graduated from York University’s Film Production program and has worked in film and television for more than 15 years.

Reid has worked on feature films, documentaries, television series, commercials, and short films. His credits include Sarah Baeumler by Design, Honey Bunch, Modern Whore, Wilfred Buck, The Camp Host, Unit 234, East Harbour Heroes, and The UnXplained. He has also contributed to Sundance Award-winning documentaries and feature films featuring actors including Nicolas Cage, Ron Perlman, and Harvey Keitel.

In addition to production sound mixing, Goobie works in post-production as a sound mixer and sound editor.
