Eileen Marcy was born on 17 May 1906 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, USA. She was an actress, known for Dream Cafe (1927). She was married to James Clemens. She died on 17 July 1992 in Canoga Park, California, USA.
Opened her own dancing school in her hometown of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, USA at the age of fourteen before going to New York City where she met and married James Clemens. After heading west to California she raised their children before going to Detroit where she retired as Treasurer of the Theatre Wing of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
