Biography

Topan began his acting in action films Street Society (2014) as Monty.

Daniel graduated from junior high and high school in Australia. He took Drama extracurricular, while his other friends took sports.

He then studied Producing, Directing, & Acting in New York Film Academy.

In 2013, he returned to Jakarta to start his acting debut. He starred in the horror film Oo Nina Bobo (2014) directed by Jose Purnomo.

Clown of the Dead (2015) is his first movie as a producer.

There's a scene where I jump off the cliff & I'm afraid of heights. No stand-in as well. So it must be done by myself.

We also don't rely on music for scaring the audience. In a way,this movie is a Hollywood-style movie. More universal but with a local taste.

Why do I say 'Badoet (2015)' different, because there are no strange creatures. Nothing like kuntilanak, pocong or other spirits. We display the horror passed through the horror story & a gripping atmosphere.

'Badoet (2015)' is not an annoying & boring horror movie. In this film I combine elements of drama, friendship, thriller, suspense & violence. And this is a 'taste', which will be greatly enjoyed by viewers of our film.
