Biography

Adam El-Sharawy is an award-winning writer, director, and editor with a Master's degree in experimental storytelling. He's known for blending live-action and animation and has collaborated with leading industry names including Pinewood Studios, Disney, and Netflix. In 2018, he won Best Director in LA for the music video Oohs and Ahhs. His latest horror film, Don't Go in the Garden, was released to critical acclaim, screening at the Raindance Film Festival and earning multiple awards at the London Directors Awards 2026 including Best Director and Best Cinematography.
