- Worked as assistant editor with Dr. Laurence Knapp on the book "David Fincher: Interviews" for the University Press of Mississippi.
- For two consecutive years he acted as student president of Northridge High School's Film Club. After graduating, his influence boosted the popularity of the club so much that the school decided to make film studies a graded elective.
- Studied directorial authorship, animation history and, Indian cinema at Columbia College Chicago.
- Co-produced a few commercials and short videos with Bobby Watson & Jeremy Spencer for the metal band, Five Finger Death Punch.
- Co-directed the "Happy in Chicago" music video with Natalia Samoylova, based off the song by Pharrell Williams.
- Author of the books: "The Films of Steven Spielberg" (2018), "Rev. William Netstraeter: A Life in Three Parts" (2019), "Make Hollywood Great Again: Cinema in the Era of President Trump" (2020) and "The Films of Ron Howard" (2024).
