Artus Frank

Frank Artus is a Liberian actor, filmmaker, producer, and director whose career spans the Liberian, Ghanaian, and Nigerian film industries. Born in Monrovia, Liberia, he developed an interest in filmmaking and went on to establish himself as one of Liberia's internationally recognized screen personalities. Artus gained significant recognition through his work in West African cinema, appearing in numerous productions and collaborating with filmmakers and actors across Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, and other African countries. In addition to acting, he has worked as a writer, producer, and director and has contributed to the development and promotion of Liberian cinema. His filmmaking career includes Juetey (Children's Business), one of his early major productions, as well as later projects produced through his production company. Beyond entertainment, Artus has participated in humanitarian and social-awareness initiatives and has advocated for the growth of African cinema and greater opportunities for African filmmakers.
