- Additional Crew
Lola Sandra was born in Chennai, India, to a Tamilian mother, and is one of three children, with one sister and one brother. As a toddler, her mother brought Lola and her sister to the United States, where she was raised in Westchester, a suburb of New York. Although her mother remarried after relocating, it was her mother who primarily raised the children, providing a strong foundation for their upbringing.
Encouraged by a family friend, Lola began working as a model, booking her first job in elementary school. With an early introduction to the camera, Lola gradually developed a deeper interest in performance. In her youth, she was an All-American nominated cheerleader, balancing athletics with her growing passion for the arts.
She went on to study Psychology and Theater Arts at Baruch College in New York, NY and continued to study Theater Arts in the city at Stella Adler and Tom Todoroff Studio before relocating to Los Angeles, California, to pursue acting professionally. She has worked alongside Luke Wilson and Kane Hodder.
In her personal life, Lola later converted to Judaism. Outside of acting, Lola enjoys cooking, drawing inspiration from her cultural background in developing recipes, and horseback riding.
