Chelsea Rebecca was born on July 5, 1990 in the United States. She is an actress and producer, known for Scream (2022), Dead Meat Podcast (2018) and Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game (2024). She has been married to James A. Janisse since January 21, 2022.

Can be seen as an extra during the penthouse party scene in "A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas".

She was an intern on The Ides of March (2011) where she created fake newspapers for background use.
