The categories for Best Non-Spanish-Language Series and Best Non-Spanish-Language Actress/Actor will not be included in the ninth edition of the PRODU Awards in 2025. This decision stems from a broadcasting rights issue involving one of the submitted entries, which prompted the committee to make an adjustment to the process. Following the withdrawal of said title, the number of remaining productions fell below the minimum threshold required to keep these categories active; consequently, it became necessary to suspend them for this edition.
