Biography

Mohamed Goda

Biography

  • Mohamed Goda is an Egyptian director and producer born into a distinguished musical family-his grandfather, Maestro Goda Abdel Ghaffar, collaborated with legendary Arab stars such as Oum Kalthoum, Abdel Halim Hafez, and Farid El Atrash. He studied at Victoria College in Alexandria and later graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Alexandria University.

During his time in Alexandria, Goda co-founded the music group Y-Crew, eventually going solo to produce the track "Welcome in Alexandria." This song was featured in the award-winning film Microphone, where Goda also made an appearance under his stage name "Nosair." Inspired by his on-screen experience, he developed a growing passion for film.

Goda relocated to Switzerland, where he worked at RadioX on the Arabic show ArabX and co-founded the Embassy of Emesa, focusing on cross-cultural initiatives in music, art, and film. He returned to Egypt and, established GODA Productions in Cairo, a company dedicated to creating shows, and movies for the entertainment industry, streaming platforms, and networks.
