Biography

Kaumudi is an award-winning actress and psychologist, working seamlessly across film, television, and theatre. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, she has been immersed in the world of performance since the age of five-evolving from a passionate student in acting workshops to designing and conducting her own in India and USA.

With over 50 experimental plays, leading roles in television, and six feature films in the Marathi film industry, Kaumudi brings depth, authenticity, and versatility to every role she takes on. She is also a skilled writer, director, and performer, known for her creative vision and strong stage presence.

Academically, Kaumudi holds a Gold Medal in Clinical Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, reflecting her dedication to mental health and human understanding.

In addition, she is a trained Drum Circle Facilitator and a voice-over artist, continually exploring new ways to merge the power of the arts with the insights of psychology. Her mission is to harness this unique intersection to inspire transformation in everyday life.
