Biography

Sean Lerwill is an actor, writer, director and producer from the UK known for David and Olivia (2018), Birds of a Feather (1989) and Malory Towers (2020). Sean has an MSC from the University of Exeter, a BSc in Molecular Genetics from King's College London and a PGCE from the University of Plymouth. Sean studied the Meisner technique at the Actors Temple in London.

Prior to becoming an actor and while serving as a Royal Marines Commando, Sean was asked to brief then British Prime Minister, Tony Blair on Commando fitness requirements to obtain a Green Beret.

Sean is a former Royal Marines Commando Officer, undertaking what is regarded as the worlds most arduous initial military training at the infamous Commando Training Centre Royal Marines in Lympstone, Devon, UK.

Sean is engaged to David and Olivia co-star Kate Braithwaite.

Sean has written four books for classic Briitsh publishing house Haynes Publishing. These include manuals on Triathlon Training, Running and Royal Marines Commando Fitness.
