Matthew Owen McKenna is an actor/writer/producer living in Queens, NYC.

Known for:

TV: Up Here (2023) and Servant (2019).

Film: A Party to Die For (2022) and The Tombs (2011).

Theatre: "Penguin Blues", NuAnce Theatre (2018) and "Surrender", International Wow Company (2008.)

Commercial: ESPN, Planet Fitness, Big Ten Network, and Lincoln Financial Group.

Graduate of Ridley High School in Folsom, PA (1999-2003.) Graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA (2003-2007.)

At UArts, training for acting began under the great Meisner teacher, Wendy Ward. His mentors at UArts included Ward, Ernest A. Losso, Jared Martin, David Howey, Janice Orlandi, Johnnie Hobbs Jr., and Charles Conwell.

Lifelong friends in the industry include: Paul Felder, Mark Thurstlic, Mike Thurstlic, Brandon Alan Smith, Ed Renninger, and Suzanne Hillner.

Matt was signed with CPM Talent Management, manager/owner Georgeanne Bruzzese, from 2007 to 2023.
