Actor, Rapper, all around funny guy; Courtney Richards embodies all of these titles and more. His first role was playing a rock in a local church Easter play in East St Louis, IL. His first rap song included rhymes about his favorite cartoon character and favorite fruit snack. Who knew that candy rapping rock actor would be in Los Angeles, CA living his dream. His skills where cultivated in his small Midwest apartment by his four siblings and single mother in East St Louis, IL. His Mother, a poet with an Inspirational twist, his oldest sister, a very successful gospel singer, another one of his sisters a very skilled dancer, and his brother, a rapper with a southern swag like no other. Mix that all together and you have Courtney. He started his music career with his Hip Hop band Just.Live in Minneapolis, MN. Minnesota is also where he fell in love with making people laugh. Playing geeky characters and cooky spiritual advisers at his high school, the acting bug had him hostage. He moved to Los Angeles to pursue that passion and it's paying off handsomely. Courtney is quickly becoming a household face, starring in commercials such as T-Mobile, Honda, McDonalds and Herbal Essences with Nicole Scherzinger.
