Aaron McLisky is an award-winning cinematographer known for his striking visual storytelling across feature films, televisions drama, music videos, and commercials.
He was the director of photography on the acclaimed television drama 'Mr. Inbetween' (dir. Nash Edgerton, 2019), produced by Blue Tongue Films, Jungle Entertainment, Foxtel, and FX. The series received multiple AACTA Award nominations and earned international critical acclaim.
Most notably, Aaron shot the highest grossing A24 horror film 'Talk to Me, directed by Danny and Michael Philippou for Causeway Films. The film premiered in the Midnight section of the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, where A24 acquired the North American rights. It went on to screen at SXSW and the Berlin International Film Festival.
His most recent project is the highly anticipated follow up film 'Bring Her Back' directed again by the Philippou brothers, due to premiere 30th of May 2025
