Pamela Berlin was director. Michael Schweikardt was scenic designer. Suzanne Chesney was costume designer. John Lasiter was lighting designer. Zach Moore was sound designer. Pat McCorkle was casting director. Fred Noel was production stage manager. Christine Schott was assistant stage manager. Ted Pappas was artistic director.
