- Co-founder, Vice-President, producer and Director General of KOTV Productions, Louis-Philippe Drolet has worked in the world of television for 25 years. He directs over 30 programs, from dramas to series aimed at young audiences to variety and magazine shows and documentaries, annually on a dozen networks. He directs more than 20 programs of all genres each year on a dozen Quebec and Canadian channels in both French and English. He adapts some of their formats and develops international co-production projects. He also oversees international development, including the co-production of fiction series and the sale of formats and programs. His presence at various markets and festivals has enabled KOTV to carve out a prominent place for itself internationally and win numerous awards. Louis-Philippe Drolet is also a shareholder and executive producer at KO24. He produced his first feature film in 2019, Le Guide de la famille parfaite, and co-produced Lucy Grizzli Sophie in 2023. In 2025, Le Cyclone de Noël, directed by Alain Chicoine, grossed over $2.9 million at the Quebec box office. His most recent film, François.e, currently in post-production, will be released in theaters in the summer of 2026. In the winter of 2026, he will produce Sortie de zone, directed by Rachel Graton and Louis Morissette. Louis Philippe is also a member of the boards of directors of the AQPM and SODEC, in addition to chairing the Conseil national de l'audiovisuel.
