Biography

Andrea Boehlke was born on May 10, 1989 in Wisconsin, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Survivor (2000), Blue Bloods (2010) and Times Square New Year's Eve Webcast 2016 (2015).

Although she was an actress first, Andrea has also found much success with hosting. After competing on the hit CBS Show Survivor three times, she has worked as a host for MTV, CBS Local Sports, HLN and the celebrity based morning show People Now on People.com.

Andrea Boehlke received a BFA in Acting from the University of WI-Stevens Point where she also was an active host for student television and graduated with highest honors.

Andrea Boehlke is from a farm in Wisconsin, where she grew up training horses and showing pigs and steers at the fair. She is an expert horse back rider.

Her name is from the Greek name Andreas, which was derived from andreios "manly, masculine", a derivative of aner "man".
