- Germán Fabián Mendoza García is a casting director with more than 26 years of experience across television, film and scripted entertainment.
He began his career in television production and continuity, collaborating on some of Televisa’s most recognized productions of the late 1990s and early 2000s. His experience behind the scenes eventually led him into casting, where he developed a career focused on identifying talent, building ensembles and connecting actors with characters across a wide range of genres and production formats.
Throughout his career, Mendoza has worked as Casting Director and Head of Casting on projects for major production companies, broadcasters and streaming platforms, including Televisa, TV Azteca, Corazón Films, Dopamine México, La Granja, Netflix, HBO, Claro Video, Telemundo and ViX.
His selected credits include Lucho en Familia, Loco Love, Casa Colorada, El Torito, Hoy voy a Cambiar, Sin Miedo a la Verdad, Cita a Ciegas, Supertitlán, Cóyotl, Contra las Cuerdas and Pedro Infante.
His casting work has also extended internationally, with projects involving talent and productions in Mexico, the United States, Colombia and Peru. In addition to his professional experience, he studied Communication Sciences and later completed specialized training in acting and casting.
With a career spanning traditional television, film and the evolution of streaming content, Mendoza has built a reputation around one of the most essential elements of storytelling: finding the right performer for the right character.
