- Malik Bentalha was born on March 1, 1989 in Bagnols-sur-Cèze, Gard, France. He is an actor and writer, known for Robin Hood: The True Story (2015), Jack Mimoun and the Secrets of Val Verde (2022) and Taxi 5 (2018).
- For the European French dub of the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures, the choice for him voicing Sonic was badly received amongst the French public. Many fans were unhappy when he justified himself as a Sonic fan, despite not knowing who are Tails and Knuckles.
