- Paul Samaras was born on November 12, 1988 in Lakewood, Colorado, USA. He is known for Inside (2007) and Tornado Chasers (2012). He died on May 31, 2013 in El Reno, Oklahoma, USA.
- Son of Tim Samaras and Kathy Samaras.
- Paul was pulled out of the pale Chevrolet Colbalt by the tornado when he lost his life. Prior to this tragedy, he was sitting in the back seat of that car. After the storm, state troopers found Paul's body half a mile east from El Reno's regional airport.
- Paul, along with his father Tim, were cremated at Neptune Society in Arvada, Colorado. Their urns were given to his mother, Kathy, afterwards.Their memorial services were held at Mission Hills Church in Littleton, Colorado on June 6, 2013.
- He had the same birthday as his father, Tim (thirty-one years apart).
- He was a "Star Wars" geek, but did not live to see Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015).
