Biography

Michael Patrick Rogers is a character actor who specializes in portraying bad guys, weirdos, and creeps. Music was Michael's first passion from the age of eleven, playing guitar and drums in hardcore and death metal bands for most of his life. He spent several years in the video game industry, where he worked on multiple AAA titles. In addition to being an actor, writer, and director, Michael is a professional comic book writer, with books published by the likes of renowned indie publishers such as Source Point Press.

Michael Patrick Rogers started boxing in 1998 as a feather weight, weighing only 122 pounds. He competed as an amateur fighter until 2005.

Michael played drums and wrote music for the United States black metal band Catholicon from 2001 - 2009 and was featured in Metal Maniacs and other magazines.

Michael's first audition was with Lee Daniels for the film The Paperboy, starring Matthew McConaughey and Zac Efron. He did not book the role.

During the pandemic, Michael released his first professionally published comic book, a one-shot entitled KOLD. The book was published by long-time indie publisher Source Point Press and sold out, with 4,000 copies sold.
