Terra Strong Lyons is an award-winning actor and versatile performer known for bringing strength, emotional depth, and commanding presence to television and film. With credits spanning FBI, 9-1-1: Nashville, Tyler Perry’s Beauty in Black, Law & Order: SVU, NCIS: Los Angeles, Bosch: Legacy, Westworld, and The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder, Terra is drawn to complex women who are strong-willed yet deeply compassionate, grounded yet emotionally layered, and capable of both physical strength and vulnerability. Whether portraying a fiercely protective caretaker, an authoritative professional, or a woman navigating high-stakes circumstances, she brings authenticity, warmth, and undeniable presence to every role.

A graduate of the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, Ohio, Terra began her career as a stage performer before becoming a headline singer and dancer with the Jimmy Church Band in Nashville, touring internationally for five years. She later discovered her passion for television and film while hosting Explore The Bible: On Location for LifeWay Christian Resources, appearing in six seasons before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her screen career. Since then, she has continued to build a diverse body of work across television, film, theater, and national commercial campaigns, while furthering her training at the renowned Groundlings School of Improv.
