Cultural manager and filmmaker. Film producer and promoter of film development in the department of Cauca. Director of the Short Film Festival of Popayán. Director of the Cultural Foundation La Tuátara and belongs to the Corporación Cine Corto. Social worker by profession has worked in the cultural management in the department of Cauca in Colombia in various processes of forming audiences, training new filmmakers and producing fiction and documentary short films in the department. From the Cultural Foundation the Tuátara promoted and directed a film club for more than fifteen years in which movies from many parts of the world were shared, above all from unknown films in the country.
