Oluwaseun Babalola is an Emmy-nominated producer, director, and founder of KOSINIMA, Inc., a nonprofit supporting Black creatives across Africa and the diaspora. With over a decade of experience in documentary and unscripted storytelling, she has created compelling content for CNN, HBO, AMC, and Starz, and is known for her immersive, culturally-rooted approach. Her work spans travel, identity, politics, and global Black youth culture--most notably through a three-season docuseries she created and produced independently, titled SOJU (Africa). She is also a DOC NYC 40 Under 40 honoree and leads original programming development, talent management, and mentorship through KOSINIMA, Inc.
