Biography

Chad Allen Barton writes, directs, and produces films out of Memphis, TN. Along with Shelby Baldock, he started a production company in 2010 called Piano Man Pictures, LLC that operates as an incubator for a dozen local filmmakers and artists. His first feature, Lights Camera Bullshit, is a semi-autobiographical romp through the Memphis film making landscape. He has a son, Mason Fox Barton, who had a part in LCB and in Sam Bahre's feature film, I Filmed Your Death. Working for The Library Channel in Memphis, TN, Chad produces educational TV Shows and Documentaries, as well as continuing to make narrative films under the banner of Piano Man Pictures.
