Biography

Gavin Sheppard is a cultural entrepreneur who works across mediums to support storytellers. A producer and executive producer in film. An executive producer in music. A manager to Grammy and Juno nominated recording artists and composers.

Gavin is a co-founder and board member of international award winning cultural incubator The Remix Project, record label "Public Records" and talent management agency "Quiet Agency" aka Quiet As Kept. Additionally he is a co-founder of TEDxToronto. A Yale World Fellow, TED fellow, and a fellow of the Laboratorio para La Ciudad (CDMX). Sheppard was also been tapped by the University of Toronto to co-develop and lead The Dean's Circle, a leadership fellowship operating out of UTSC.

Gavin's work has led him to be a guest speaker at Harvard, UN Habitat headquarters, summits for The Organization of American States to municipalities to grassroots youth centres and community's around the world re: "the power of culture to shift culture".
