Jonas Karl Ivar Larsson Grönström was born on February 6, 1989 in Fardhem, southern Gotland, Sweden as Jonas Karl Ivar Grönström. He was raised in Hemse, southern Gotland, Sweden, and moved to Visby, north-western Gotland, Sweden, in 2005.

He is an actor and a recurring extra, known for his work on Vägen (2016), The Rain (2016), Gamens öga (2014), Uppdraget (2013), Den solidariske (2012), Kodnamn: Tetra (2012), Kokaindrömmar (2012) and Zombiestad Gotland (2008), as well as Murder in Sweden (2008), The Inspector and the Sea (2007) and The Inner Circle (2019).

He starred as Prince Christoffer of Denmark (also as additional Gotlandic minor parts) in "Jungfrusägnen" (with Saga Björling, Vilhelm Blomgren and Tony Öst as the main characters), a musical by Idun Josefin Alfredson Vinterros during The Medieval Week in Visby, Gotland, Sweden. Prince Christoffer (1341/1344 - 1363) was the son of Valdemar IV Atterdag (1320 - 1375), King of Denmark. Bengt Sprowede portrayed Valdemar Atterdag in "Jungfrusägnen".
He is right-handed, but has played characters that are either left-handed or, maybe, ambidextrous, such as Karl von Silberhelm in Zombiestad Gotland (2008) or the nameless doctor in Den inre vändpunkten (2013).
