A native of Texas, Noelia is a filmmaker, photographer, writer and web
editor based in New York. After earning her MA in Media Studies from
The New School University in 2011, her short film 'Triptych' was
showcased in the Lucerne International Film Festival and screened in
the Spring 2012 series of NewFilmmakers New York. Three of her short
films were featured in Brooklyn's Filmwax Film Series, and her web
photo project InnerCity was featured in NoCommercialValue.org. She has
also shot and edited video for Symphony Space, VideoLab and mySA.com,
and written about film for MovieMaker, Seattle Weekly, and AIVF's The
Independent.
