Amaka Igwe was a prolific creative industries mogul, with experience of
over 25 years. She was an expert in Nigerian and African entertainment,
and she said she had an unwritten contract to 'entertain' her people.
She left behind a powerhouse production company, Amaka Igwe Studios, the teaching arm called the Centre, a radio station Top Radio 90.9, a TV station Q Entertainment Networks, and many more investments.
She was of an excellent disposition, joy followed her wherever she went. She improved lives and inspired people to be not just like her, but better. Her life is a lesson to us all.
She will be sorely missed by her country, her family, her friends and the world. Herein is an unsung hero, led by God. By His grace her legacy will continue to entertain the world.
